At KuwaitBags, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The item received is damaged during delivery.
  • The item received is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Personal preference regarding size, color, or style after delivery.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items unless defective.

3. Quality Assurance

All products sold by KuwaitBags are individually inspected before shipment. Due to our quality control process, customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of any reported issue to assist with verification and resolution.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

After review, KuwaitBags may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, WAMD transfer, or another mutually agreed method.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are prepared or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and will be handled according to this policy.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are non-refundable except when a return is approved due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect item sent by KuwaitBags
